Madam Noor Aini Binti Abdullah aged 61; she was graduated in University Malaya in year 1980 as a Bachelor Science in Construction Management Studies. She has almost 35 years of experience in the construction industry.
Before setup Jati Holding Sdn. Bhd., she has join t several giant company and high reputation of Quantity Surveying firm. Due to her hardworking, Intelligent and smart, she holding the high designation in the construction firm such Contract Manager, Construction Economic Advisor and Project Manager.
With her strong spirit and experience, she will guide and lead Jati Holding Sdn Bhd to ensure the quality and great performance in future.
En. Zulfa Bin Zainal

Mr. Zulfa Bin Zainal is the Director for Jati Holding Sdn. Bhd. who was joined in 2014. He granted Master in Techincal Engineering Management which collaborate courses between UTM and Kursk State Technical University of Russia. Previously, he has joint banking institution for 10 years and giant developer’s company for 6 years.
He was appointed by Mdm. Noor Aini Binti Abdullah to be key person to support the organization especially to lead in-house consultant, marketing and project management. He will be important person who will corporate with local authorities, consultants and responsible to create relationship and negotiate with banking institutions in order to finance the project in bridging finance mode.
Prior to Jati Holding Sdn. Bhd. Company, Mr.Zulfa Bin Zainal with his spirit and ambitious, confidently control the company in corporate restructuring, business economics, business regulations, strategy and organization, as well as market competitive analysis.
With his strengtheners, capability and with a strong background in a project management and technical engineering, he believe can deliver the tasks to ensure Jati Holdings Sdn Bhd can be one of the best developer company in future.
